Coffee Mornings

Concerned about your child’s growth and progress? Come for a chat with a certified therapist to air your concerns, and let’s identify solutions for your children’s and family’s well-being.

  • Session is conducted as a 1-to-1 or a small group of 2-4 persons.
  • Conducted by a certified therapist.   
  • Each session will be 30-45 minutes.  
  • If you need more time, you can choose to book 2sessions on the same day, depending on availability.


Grief Recovery Method

Grief is not limited to the loss of a loved one. It can also arise when hopes are lost, expectations go unmet, or dreams are broken by life’s challenges. Left unresolved, grief can affect emotional well-being, relationships, and daily living.

The Grief Recovery Method offers a structured,

evidence-based process to help individuals and parents address the pain of loss. Through guided sessions, participants learn practical tools to identify and release unresolved emotions, gain clarity, and move toward healing.

This program can be done one-on-one or in a group setting with a Grief Recovery Method Specialist specifically trained to help people move through loss with dignity and respect.

This program is designed to support lasting recovery — not by forgetting the loss, but by developing healthier ways to live beyond it. Each journey is personal, but the outcome is the same: greater resilience, renewed perspective, and the ability to engage more fully with life.

P.L.A.Y. is a wellness and self-care program designed especially for parents and caregivers. It offers a safe and joyful space to unwind, recharge, and connect with others who share similar journeys.

Through light-hearted games, laughter, and meaningful sharing, participants are encouraged to celebrate happy moments, express their struggles, and rediscover the simple joy of connection.

P.L.A.Y. reminds parents and caregivers that they are not alone — it’s a time to relax, build friendships, and nurture emotional well-being. Because taking care of yourself is the first step to caring for others.

Our Weekly Fitness sessions offer a refreshing way for parents and caregivers to stay active and energized — not for weight loss, but for overall health, strength, and well-being.

It’s not about competition; it’s about connection. Exercising together brings motivation, laughter, and fun — making fitness something to look forward to each week.

Our sessions include light walking, dance movements, stretching, and simple exercises suitable for all fitness levels. Whether you come to move, stretch, or simply recharge, these sessions remind you that self-care is not selfish — it’s essential.
